Complaints can be made orally, in writing or by any other appropriate means, and can be made anonymously.
If you or your Representative are not satisfied, or do not want to talk to My Total Choice and Control directly about your complaint, you can also contact the following organisations:

NDIS Commission by calling 1800 035 544 (free call from landlines) or TTY 133 677. Interpreters can be arranged. You can also contact the National Relay Service and ask for 1800 035 544 or complete a complaint contact form at https://www.ndiscommission.gov.au/participants/participants-make-complaint
